Welcome to the guided meditation of the mini body scan. I also like to call this exercise a reboot of your body and mind in less than 10 minutes. It is also perfect to assist you in becoming more mindful – and many people easily fall asleep while doing it. So if you suffer from sleeping problems, this is an additional reason to give it a go at bed time. If your mind wanders during the scan, that’s okay. Just pick up the thread as soon as you become aware of it.
